摘要
长期以来诸多从事研究生教育的高等学校十分注重科研,把科研水平作为判断研究生水平的决定性因素,而忽视了研究生沟通、协调组织能力、职业道德等方面的能力培养。而实际上用人单位的企业文化是十分看重这些的。所以,我国高等高等学校应该用发展的眼光、变化的眼光适度调整研究生的培养目标和课程体系,制定适合研究生发展的培养体系,让研究生在德智体各方面得到全面提高。只有这样,高等学校的毕业研究生也才能更受到欢迎。
College leaders engaging postgraduate education have pay attention to scientific research very much. The ability of scientific research is the fateful criterion to evaluate the ability of postgraduate. Colleges ignore the cultivation of the ability of communicating, organizing, harmonizing and so on. But the enterprises think a lot of these abilities very much. So college should adjust the postgraduate cultivation goals and courses system in the eye of development and movement, should establish the cultivation system that fit postgraduate's grow, and should improve the allsided abilities of the postgraduate through the learning. Only in this way, the postgraduate of college is welcome when they finish school.
