摘要
培养社会急需的、具备职业能力和发展能力的复合型、应用型、创新型工程造价专业人才是造价专业人才培养的核心目标。通过在大学教育过程中重点培养的基本、实践、沟通、创新、学习、研究等六大能力分析,进行基于能力的人才培养体系构建、培养模式的运作和培养方式的实施等方面的研究,为专业人才的培养提供革新的方法和思路。
Talent training of engineering cost aims at training the compound, applied and innovative students who are coincident with the society＇ s need and possess the professional and developing abilities. Though the analysis of six abilities, including basic ability, practical ability, communicating ability, innovative ability, learning ability and research ability, the authors discuss the construction of the training system, the operation of training model and the implementation of training mode. The researchers propose a way of the professional talent training.
