成都航空职业技术学院抓住创建国家示范性高职院校的战略机遇,加强学院的示范和辐射能力建设,历经深入的研究和积极的探索,取得了显著的成效:在高职院校的顶层设计上科学示范,凝炼办学理念,实现办学准确定位;在高职专业人才培养的规划层设计上先行示范,创新工学结合人才培养模式,加强教学基本建设,深化教育教学改革;在内涵建设的运作层设计上创新示范,实施精品战略,提高办学综合实力、教学管理水平、人才培养质量和社会服务能力。
