摘要
高职教师评价是高职教育评价的重要内容。教师的工作是复杂的工作,如果只在微观上着手,难免有片面性,所以应该有高职教师评价的宏观尺度。首先,高职教师评价应受人才市场的制约;其次,高职教师评价应有利于学生的可持续发展;再次,高职教师评价应公正、客观、可行,能够充分调动教师的积极性。
Higher vocational teachers' evaluation is an important content of higher vocational education evaluation. Teachers' work is complex. If their work is evaluated from microcosmic, it will be not integrity. So there should be macroscopic scale. First, teachers' evaluation should be restricted by talents market. Second, it should be benefit to students' persistent development. Last, it is should equity, object, workable to stimulate teachers' enthusiasm.
