摘要
目的:采用正交实验设计优化三七中三七总皂苷的提取工艺。方法:以总皂苷转移率、提取物中皂苷含量和浸膏得率为指标,采用综合评分法考察提取溶剂、溶剂药材用量比和提取次数三个因素对三七总皂苷提取率的影响。结果:8倍量60%的乙醇提取三七药材粉末2次,每次2h,可将其中的总皂苷提取完全,且所得浸膏皂苷含量较高。结论:该工艺切实可行,可节约了溶剂消耗。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Panax notoginseng saponins (PNS) from the root of Panax notog inseng by orthogonal design. Methods: The total PNS extraction ratio, the content of PNS in extractum and extraction ratio of extractum were selected as evaluation indexes of the extraction solvent, the proportion of solvent to crude drugs and extraction times were optimized. The content of PNS was measured by colorimetry. Results: PNS could be extracted almost completely by using 8 folds of 60% ethanol for 2 times with each time for 2 hours, and the extraetum has an high content of PNS. Conclusion: Compared with the previous methods recorded in literature, this extraction technology is feasible and can reduce the solvents consumption greatly.
