摘要
采用均匀设计法，以三七皂甙为指标，探讨了三七提取工艺条件．结果表明，乙醇浓度为７００ｍＬ／Ｌ，溶剂用量为药材量的５倍，回流时间为７ｈ，回流温度为９０℃。
The optimal extracting technique of Sanchi Ginseng (Roots of Panax notoginstmg) was selected using notoginsenosides as an index by a uniform design method.The results indicated that the optimal conditions were as follows: the concentration of alcohol was 700mL/L,the volume of solvent was 5 times as much as that of the prepared pitces ,the reflux time was 7 hours, the reflux temperature was 90℃, and the soak time was 12 hours.
