摘要
师德建设是教师队伍建设的核心工作,高校师德建设状况决定了教师队伍质量的高低。由于市场经济的影响,使高校的师德建设方面出现了新情况和新问题,分析了现阶段高校师德建设现状和影响师德建设的因素,并针对性地提出了包括"组织领导机制、宣传教育机制、考核评价机制、监督激励机制"四位一体的适应高等学校改革和发展需要的科学有效的师德建设长效机制。
Teachers＇ morality is the key of teachers＇ team condition; the condition of college teacher＇s ethics construction has decided the teachers＇ quality. Because of the influence of market economy, many new problems rose in building construction of college teachers＇ morality. This essay has analyzed the current situation and institutional factors influencing the construction of college teachers＂ morality, and given some effective long-term mechanisms including organization and leadership mechanism, publicity and education mechanism, assessment evaluation mechanism and the incentive mechanism which adaot to the College reform and development.
