摘要
随着航运业的快速发展,港口泊位数量的发展速度跟不上船舶数量大幅增加,使得锚地规模问题突显出来。针对现有的基于静态方法的锚地规模的研究方法,提出一种基于排队论的锚地规模动态评价分析方法,并利用天津港4#锚地作为算例对该方法进行验证。
In recent years, along with the shipping industry fast development, the harbor berth quantity's develop ment speed cannot follow the ships quantity's increase, causing the anchoring zone scale question to underline. In view of existing based on static method anchoring zone scale research technique insufficiency, proposed that one kind based on the queuing theory anchoring zone scale dynamic evaluation research technique, and has carried on the confirmation using the Tianjin No. 4 port anchoring zone as the example to this method.
