摘要
为给洋山港区的接续建设和运营管理提供参考,以排队论为基础,将船舶到离港及码头装卸过程视为M/M/C排队系统,建立运营阶段港口通过能力的排队论模型,分析洋山港区通过能力,考察港口运营情况.以2007年洋山港区运营数据为基础进行研究,结果表明,洋山港区的通过能力过剩、负荷偏低,需要引起重视.
In order to provide reference for the running management and following-construction of Yangshan port area, a queuing theory model is set up to describe the port handling capacity of operation phase. In this model, a process of berthing alongside, slipping from alongside, and handling is regarded as the M/M/C queuing system. The model is also used to analyze the port handling capacity and inspect the port operation situation. With operation data of Yangshan port area in 2007, the port handling capacity is studied by means of this system. It is discovered that the handling capacity of operation phase in Yang-shan port area is surplus and the load is somewhat low, to which more attention is needed to pay.
