摘要 目的研究三相三维电极反应器中不同因素对苯酚废水去除效果的影响,确定最佳反应条件,并对其反应机理初步探讨.方法采用自制反应器,以模拟苯酚废水为处理对象,通过试验分析pH值、进水苯酚质量浓度、电解电压、Fe2+投加量对苯酚去除效果的影响.结果三相三维电极反应器对苯酚废水有较好的去除效果.在最佳反应条件为pH=3,电解电压=15 V,Fe2+投加量为1 mmol/L,反应时间90 min,质量浓度为300 mg/L的模拟苯酚废水最大去除率达到91.2%.结论三相三维电极反应器处理苯酚废水经济高效,pH值、电解电压、Fe2+投加量、进水苯酚质量浓度对处理效果有较大影响. The paper studies the influence of different factors on removal effect of phenol wastewater by three-phase three-dimensional electrode reactor, determines the optimum response conditions, and discusses the reaction mechanism. A self-made reactor is used to process simulation phenol wastewater. The pH value, influent quality concentration of phenol, electrolyte voltage and dosage of Fe^2+ to the removal effect of phenol are analyzed by experimentation. It had a better removal effect on phenol wastewater by three-phase three-dimensional electrode reactor. The largest removal rate of simulation phenol wastewater with the quality concentration is 300 mg/L could be reached 91.2% under the optimum response conditions of pH = 3, electrolyte voltage = 15 V, the concentration of Fe^2+ is 1 mmol/L, reaction time is 90 min. The three-phase threedimensional electrode reactor process phenol wastewater economically and effectively. The pH value, electrolyte voltage, dosage of Fe^2+and influent quality concentration of phenol have a great impact on treatment effect.
