制药废水COD高效降解菌的分离筛选及应用 被引量:2

Selection and Screening of Dominant Strains of Effective Degradation Microorganisms for Improving COD Removal Rate in Pharmaceutical Wastewater Treatment

摘要 该文研究了在好氧条件下微生物对COD高效去除的效果。从某制药厂废水处理系统中分离筛选得到两株具有高效COD去除能力的菌株,命名为LX-2和LX-10。以制药生产废水为培养基于35℃、120 r/min培养,测定其COD降解能力。结果表明菌株LX-2和LX-10有较好的COD去除能力,COD去除率分别为83.8%和81.2%。混合菌株对COD的去除效果明显优于单株菌株,其COD去除率达到92.4%。生物强化小试结果显示与普通活性污泥法相比,COD去除率提高15%。 Effect of microorganisms on COD removal under aerobic conditions was studied. Two bacteria, named LX-2 and LX- 10, which had some biodegradability for COD were isolated from a wastewater treatment system in a pharmaceutical factory. COD degradation efficiency was explored by the strains based on pharmaceutical wastewater as culture media under 35℃ and 120 r/min. The results show that LX-2 and LX-10 have better effect on COD removal, whose degradation rate of COD are 83.8 % and 81.2 %, respectively. COD removal rate when mixed strains are used is 92.4 %, which is better than that in any single strain. The results of biofortification show that degradation rate of COD increases by 15 % compared with the conventional activated sludge.
