摘要
通过采用生活污水水培吊兰,研究了该净化系统中微生物数量与净化效果的相关关系。结果表明,在28d的水培期间,微生物数量呈现先增加后减少的趋势,细菌数量大于真菌和放线菌数量;水培吊兰对生活污水中的COD、TN、KN、TP和SS都有很好的去除效果;COD去除率与放线菌数量具有相关性,TN和KN去除率均与细菌和真菌数量显著相关;TP和SS的去除率与微生物数量没有明显的相关性。
The correlation of microbe quantity and purification effect of purification system by using hydroponics chlorophytum comosum in domestic wastewater was studied. The results showed that, during 28 d, microbe quantity increased first and then decreased, population Of bacteria is larger than that of ftmgi and actinomycetes. Hydroponics chlorophytum comosum has good removal effect for COD, TN, KN, TP and SS in domestic wastewater, and the removal efficiency of COD had correlation with the population of actinomycetes.There was a significant correlation between the removal efficiency of TN, KN and the population of bacteria and fungi. There was no significant correlation between the removal efficiency ofTP, SS and microbe quantity.
