摘要
含偶氮染料的工业废水经废铁屑处理,可使其色度下降95%左右,COD_(Cr)降低40%左右。研究结果表明:其脱色机理主要是基于还原作用,使偶氮染料分子中的偶氮键“-N=N-”断裂,从而破坏了整个偶氮染料分子的共轭发色体系,达到了脱色的目的。偶氮染料分子的结构对还原作用有一定影响。
After chemical treatment of industrial wastewater containing azodyes by using iron scrap fillings, the decolorization efficiency and the CODcr removal in the wastewater were about 95% and 40%, respectively. The results showed that the mechanism of decolorization was based on the reduction to breakdown azo-bond in azodyes, and thus the conjugated chromophoric system destroyed. The rate of reduction could be influenced by the molecular structure of azodyes.
