摘要
作者采用Fenton试剂预处理和浸没式生物滤池联合法处理含盐较高的模拟染料生产废水,考察了Fenton试剂预处理对染料结构的破坏作用和染料液可生化性的改善作用及浸没式生物滤池对预处理后溶液CODCr的去除过程和处理效果。实验结果表明,Fenton试剂预处理能有效破坏染料分子的结构,色度去除率可达99%;预处理后染料液的可生化性得到显著改善;浸没式生物滤池对预处理后的染料废水CODCr的去除效果稳定,平均去除率达到64%,且具有一定的抗冲击负荷能力。
The treatment of wastewater in dye production is a big problem and hotspot in the treatment of industrial wastewater. In the experiment, a process of combination of Fenton oxidation and submerged biofilter has been used to treat the simulated dye wastewater of reactive light yellow K-6G with high concentration of salt. The effect of Fenton oxidation on the structure of dye and its biodegradability are tested. The processes and results for CODCr removal in submerged biofiher are also examined. The experimental results show that Fenton reagent could efficiently destroy the structure of dyestuff and the color removal is up to 99%.The biodegradability of dye is remakably improved after pre-treating with Fenton reagent. Then in biofilter, the rates of CODCr removal is stable and the average removal rate reaches 64%. The system has a capability of resistibility for the changes of CODCr loads.
