摘要
研究了用酸洗废液-H2O2催化絮凝剂深度处理造纸废水处理站的二级生化出水,考察了废水pH、酸洗废液-H2O2投加量、泥水分离pH、反应时间对废水COD去除率的影响。结果表明,对于300mL废水,在pH=3.5、酸洗废液用量0.7~1.0mL、双氧水投加量1.5~2.0mL、反应15min、沉淀pH=6.5条件下,废水COD去除率为90%~95%,色度去除率达95%以上,出水完全达到GB 3544—2008要求。
Pickling Waste Liquor/H2O2 were used to treat biochemical effluent from waste water disposal station of paper mill.The effect of reaction pH,usage of pickling waste liquor and H2O2,slurry separation pH and time on removal of COD were examined.The experiment results showed that the removal of COD and chromaticity were 90%-95% and over 95% when pH was 3.5,usage of pickling waste liquor was 0.7-1.0 mL,volume of H2O2 was 1.5-2.0 mL,reaction time was 15 min,precipitation pH was over 6.5.The yielding water could reach GB 3544—2008.
