摘要
采用膨润土为吸附剂对制浆造纸企业低浓外排废水进行吸附絮凝处理。处理条件:絮凝剂聚硅氯化铝(PASC)用量为400mg/L,膨润土用量为500mg/L,反应温度30℃,搅拌速度300r/min,吸附20min。处理后废水CODCr从230mg/L下降到了90mg/L,CODCr去除率为60.9%,色度去除率达到了41.4%,在投入和运行成本都较低的情况下,废水排放达到了国家标准。
In this paper, bentonite was used in treatment of low concentration waste water from pulp & paper mills. The bentonite was used as adsorption agent while the PASC was used as flocculation agent. At the optimum conditions: dosage of PASC 400 mg/L, dosage of bentonite 500 mg/L, reaction temperature 30℃, 300 rpm stirring and Absorption 20 min, CODCr decreases from 230 mg/L to 90 mg/L, the removal rate is 60.9%, the removal rate of chroma is 41.4%. Indicating that it meets the new discharge standards at a relatively low cost of investment and operation.
