摘要
目的:为提高门诊药房的处方调配质量和服务质量,减少处方调配差错率的发生,从而提升药房综合质量。方法:针对药房当前存在的问题和原因,制订院内项目管理书,采取相应的措施和对策,按照项目制订的计划逐步推进。结果:有效提高了药房各项技术指标,提高了患者的满意度。结论:制订提高药房综合质量的对策切实可行。
Objective:To enhance the quality of prescription deployment and service of outpatient pharmacy,reducing the error rate occurrence of prescription deployment, improving the pharmacy comprehensive quality. Methods: For the current problems and reasons,we established the project management plan in hospital and took the corresponding measures and countermeasures,gradually pushed forward the plan. Results: Improved the pharmacy variol,~ technical indicators effec- tively,as well the patient's satisfaction. Conclusion: The measures for improving the pharmacy comprehensive quality is practical and feasible.
