摘要
目的:为提高门诊药房的处方调配质量和服务质量,减少处方调配差错率的发生,从而提升药房综合质量。方法:针对药房当前存在的问题和原因,制订院内项目管理书,采取相应的措施和对策,按照项目制订的计划逐步推进。结果:有效提高了药房各项技术指标,提高了患者的满意度。结论:制订提高药房综合质量的对策切实可行。
Objective：To enhance the quality of prescription deployment and service of outpatient pharmacy,reducing the error rate occurrence of prescription deployment, improving the pharmacy comprehensive quality. Methods： For the current problems and reasons,we established the project management plan in hospital and took the corresponding measures and countermeasures,gradually pushed forward the plan. Results： Improved the pharmacy variol,~ technical indicators effec- tively,as well the patient＇s satisfaction. Conclusion： The measures for improving the pharmacy comprehensive quality is practical and feasible.
