摘要
目的:规范处方调配程序,保障患者用药安全、有效。方法:运用ISO9001质量管理体系的过程方法对处方调配流程进行描述和管理。结果与结论:规范了配方程序,明确了各方职责,减少了发药差错,提高了患者满意度。
OBJECTIVE： To regulate prescription dispensing by ISO9001 process and ensure the safety and efficiency of drug use. METHODS： To use ISO9001 quality control system for the description and management of prescription dispensing flow-sheet. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Prescription dispensing has been regulated, and the medical staff clarified their own duty, and the occurrence of dispense mistakes have decreased, so patients became more satisfied with our work.
