摘要
介绍了用于电站锅炉集箱焊接的机器人工作站，该系统能够完成锅炉集箱管座的自动焊接，整个焊接与检测过程由计算机控制，机器人焊接工作站的应用，为锅炉行业提供了先进的制造技术和焊接工艺。
A welding robot work station for boiler pipe header of electric station is described in this paper,and this work station can carry out the automatic welding of header.The processes of welding and detection were controlled by computer. The succession of developing station will provide a advanced making technique and welding technology for the boiler industry.
