摘要 焊接技术在电站锅炉制造中起着至关重要的作用,随着电站锅炉向大容量、高参数方向发展,其材料等级越来越高、结构越来越复杂,传统的焊接工艺和装备将不能完全适应电站锅炉制造需求。阐述电站锅炉焊接技术及装备现状,指出现有电站锅炉焊接设备机械化高、但自动化和智能化低的现状,结合电站锅炉发展趋势及国家智能制造规划,提出了电站锅炉焊接工艺和装备的智能化需求和发展方向。 Welding technology plays a crucial role in the power station boiler manufacturing process.With the growing capacity and parameters of power station boiler,the boiler materials grade is becoming higher and higher,the boiler structure is becoming more and more complicated.Traditional welding process and equipment couldn't meet the requirements of power station boiler manufacturing.This paper mainly introduces the current welding process and equipment in the power station boiler manufacturing,indicates that the main characteristics of the equipments are high mechanization but low automatization and intellectualization,proposes the intelligence needs and development trend of welding process and equipment based on the development trend of power station boiler and Chinese intelligence manufacturing plan.
