γ射线和秋水仙碱对水稻花药培养绿苗再生的刺激效应 被引量:8

摘要 在水稻花药培养中,用20Gy剂量γ射线辐照诱导培养约30天的早粳26和舟优6号两个水稻品种花药和用每升含30mg秋水仙碱的分化培养基培养愈伤组织,均可明显提高绿苗分化和再生。γ射线和秋水仙碱复合处理比各自单独使用具有更好的刺激效果。 The differentiation and regeneration of green plants from rice anther culture obviously increased when the anthers of rice varieties Zaojing 26 and Zhouyou 6 were irradiated with 20 Gy of γ ray at about 30days after culture on induction medium and calli were cultured on the differentiation medium containing 30 mg/L colchicine.The stimulation effect of γ irradiation combined with colchicine was much better than that of their single use.
