摘要
水稻不同类型和品种的花药培养，其愈伤组织形成和绿苗再生能力有很大差异。以γ－射线１０～４０Ｇｙ剂量辐照诱导培养约３０天的水稻花药，可以有效地促进愈伤组织形成和绿苗再生。其中１０Ｇｙ剂量对愈伤组织形成效果最好。
The ability of callus formation and green plant regeneration was very different for different rice types and varieties in anther culture It was quite effective for increase of callus formation and green plant regeneration that anthers were irradiated with 10～40 Gy of r-rays after 30 day's incubation on induction medium Among the doses, 10 Gy was the best for callus formation, but 20 Gy was most favourable for green plant regeneration
