供体的性状差异和正反交对大麦花药培养绿苗分化率的影响 被引量:1

EFFECTS OF DONOR's CHARACTERS AND RECIPROCAL CROSS ON GREEN PLANT PRODUCTION IN BARLEY ANTHER CULTURE

摘要 在大麦花药离体培养研究中,对49份栽培品种(系)和44份杂交(正反交)组合的F_1,F_2和 F_3代花培绿苗分化率进行了比较,结果表明:花培绿苗分化率属可遗传性状,高绿苗分化因子可以转入需要改良的材料中,供体在棱型、熟期、生态型、抗感病(黄花叶病)性和细胞质来源上的差异,与其花培绿苗分化效果存在一定的联系,并且能影响它们的杂交后代花培绿苗分化。 49 barley cultivars and 44 F_1,F_2 and F_3-hybrids of reciprocal crosses were evaluated in anther culture,and the frequencies of green plant production were compared. According to the comparison,the frequency of green plant production could be considered as a genetic character,factor(s)controlling higher production of green plant was able to be transferrred to the desired cultivars.Green plant production of parents and their progenies was influenced by the difference in cytoplasmic source,rowed-,maturity-,ecological-type and resistance to BaYMV.
