不同基因型对寒地粳稻成熟胚愈伤组织诱导及绿苗分化的影响 被引量:1

摘要 水稻成熟胚培养是基因工程和细胞工程等研究的基础。以30个不同基因型的寒地粳稻成熟胚为材料,研究了其在相同条件下的培养特性,分析了不同粳稻间愈伤组织诱导率和绿苗分化率的差异以及与培养力之间的关系。结果表明:诱导率最高为83.5%,最低为1.3%。分化率最高为64.0%,最低为0。不同基因型间诱导率及绿苗分化率差异明显;培养力与诱导率呈显著正相关,与绿苗分化率呈极显著正相关,诱导率和绿苗分化率之间无绝对相关性;培养力聚类分析表明,供试基因型被聚为不同的类群,第三类群中有5个基因型来自相同亲本组合。 Culture of rice mature embryo is the foundation of genetic and cell engineering research. In this paper, mature embryo culture features of 30 genotypes japonica rice in cold region were studied. Under same cultural condition, the different of callus induction rate(CIR), green plant differentiation rate (GPDR) and relationship with culture ability(CA) were analyzed. The results showed that: (1) CIR and GPDR appeared be highly significant among different genotypes from 83.5% to 1.3% and 64.0% to zero. (2) CIR were positive correlated to culture ability, and GPDR were strongly positive correlated with culture ability; The correlation of CIR and GRDP did not reach significant level. (3)System clustering results of different genotypes according to culture ability suggested: the tested genotypes were clustered into four groups. Five genotypes in group three were originated from same hybridized combination.
