摘要
泽兰（Ｌｙｃｏｐｕｓｌｕｃｉｄｕｓ）是一种食用根茎野菜资源，其食用部分含有８种人体必需氨基酸和维生素Ｃ、Ｂ１和Ｂ２；其无机元素Ｆｅ、Ｚｎ和Ｍｎ的含量较高，含量分别为１７１９４，１１２９和２７９ｍｇ／１００ｇ，均高于桔梗（Ｐｌａｔｙｃｏｄｏｎｇｒａｎｄｉｆｌｏｒｕｍ）；其重金属Ｐｂ、Ｃｄ、Ｈｇ及有害离子Ａｓ等含量极微，均低于国家食品卫生标准，其分布广泛，具有良好的开发价值。
