摘要
泽兰(Lycopuslucidus)是一种食用根茎野菜资源,其食用部分含有8种人体必需氨基酸和维生素C、B1和B2;其无机元素Fe、Zn和Mn的含量较高,含量分别为17194,1129和279mg/100g,均高于桔梗(Platycodongrandiflorum);其重金属Pb、Cd、Hg及有害离子As等含量极微,均低于国家食品卫生标准,其分布广泛,具有良好的开发价值。
Lycopus lucidus is a rhizome eated wild herb resource. Its rated part contains 8 kinds of amino acid necessary to body and vitamin C,vitamin B 1 and vitamin B 2; The content of inorganic elememts, Fe, Zn and Mn is higher than Platycodon grandiflorum , accounting for 171 94, 11 29 and 2 97 mg/100g respectively; The content of heavy metals Pb, Cd, Hg and As is lower than China′s criterion of food health.
