摘要
研究了不同浓度配比的2种植物生长调节物质对泽兰组织培养的影响.结果表明,在初代培养中9种处理均能诱导泽兰茎段腋芽分化生长,以MS+6_BA1 0mg·L-1+NAA0 4mg·L-1和MS+6_BA1 5mg·L-1+NAA0 4mg·L-1两种处理效果较好,在继代培养中进一步比较这2种处理的效果,结果是两种处理差异不显著(r=0 05),均能促进泽兰茎尖和茎段的生长.
Apical buds,stem cuttings of Lycopus lucidus were used as explants to study the effects of two plant growth regulators of different concentration ratio on Lycopus lucidus tissue culture.The results showed that all treatment combinations can promote growth and differentiation of axillary buds.The better combinations were MS+6_BA 10 mg·L-1+NAA 04 mg·L-1 and MS+6_BA 10 mg·L-1+NAA 04 mg·L-1,which showed no difference in promoting the development of explants in the stage of subculture.
