摘要
用真空蒸发方法在玻璃衬底上沉积SnO2薄膜.在氮气、氧气气氛下对薄膜进行不同温度条件的热处理.实验表明,热处理后薄膜的结构和光学性能均有了很大的改善.
The SnO2 thinfilms have been obtained by using vacuum physical vapor phase deposition on the glasses substances.The thinfilms are heattreated at different temperature condition in nitrogen or oxygen.The experiment result indicated that structure and optical property of the thinfilms are improved after heat treatment.
