摘要 经农杆菌介导转化葡萄的胚性愈伤组织,研究了影响转化效率的几个因素.结果表明,愈伤组织经14天预培养,菌液经6~8倍稀释、共培养时保持pH6.0以及在农杆菌对数期之前8小时加入乙酰丁香酮都显著提高了转化效率. By using the embryogenic callus of grapevine and Agrobacterium tumefaciense mediated procedures. Some influence factors which affect the transformation of grapevine are observed. Pre_culturing embryogenic callus for 14 days, diluting bacterium concentration 6-8 times, using pH 6.0 co_culture medium and 60μm acetosyringone 8 hours before log phase of bacterium significantly increase the transformation efficiency.
