摘要
骨形态发生蛋白-7(bone morphogenetic protein-7,BMP-7)最初被认为是骨形成的调节因子。新近研究表明BMP-7可在多种组织中表达,并在肾脏、心脏、胰腺等多种组织纤维化过程中起负性调节作用。肝纤维化是所有慢性肝病的共同病理基础,受多种因素调节。BMP-7作为一种新发现的纤维化负性调节因素,近年来逐渐成为抗组织纤维化治疗的研究热点。本文介绍了BMP-7在肝纤维化过程中的负性调节作用的研究进展。
Bone morphogenetic protein -7 was initially considered to be a regulator of bone formation. While recent studies have shown that there is BMP-7 expression in a variety of organs such as kidney, heart, pancreas, etc, and it antagonizes the process of tissue fibrosis. Hepatic fibrosis is the common pathological basis of all chronic liver disease, and it is regulated by variety of facts. As a newly discovered factor of fibrosis down regulation, BMP-7 gradually shows its importance in anti-fibrosis therapy. This paper reviewed the research progress of BMP-7 antagonizing hepatic fibrosis.
