摘要
用胶溶法合成SnO2纳米晶及液体浆料，利用X光衍射、红外光谱等对SnO2纳米晶进行表征，并对SnO2纳米晶的气敏性质进行初步测试．
SnO2 nanocrystallite and pulp slurry were prepared by sol method. The characterizations of samples were examined by XRD and IR. The gas sensing characteristics of Sno2 nanocrystallite weredetermined.
