摘要
首先介绍了碳纳米管(CNTs)增韧氧化铝陶瓷的重要意义以及所面临的两个重大问题:CNTs在氧化铝基质中的均匀分散和CNTs与氧化铝基质较弱的界面结合。重点介绍了胶溶法、溶胶-凝胶法和原位合成法制备CNTsAl2O3复合材料的方法以及各自特点,简单介绍了水热晶化法以及其他的制备方法。
The article firstly introduced the significance of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) toughened alumina ceramic was fistly introduction. However, there still existed two major problems in the process of carbon nanotubes(CNTs) as rein- forcement:the homogeneous dispersion of CNTs in alumina matrix and the relatively weak interfacial bonding between the CNTs and matrix. This study highlighted the methods and the corresponding characteristics of colloidal process, sol-gel process and in situ synthesis for preparation of the composites, and made a brief introduction of hydrothermal crystallization as well as other preparation methods.
