高效液相色谱法对唇膏中9种限用着色剂的同时测定 被引量:8

摘要 建立了用高效液相色谱/二极管阵列检测器(HPLC/DAD)同时测定唇膏中9种限用着色剂(溶剂绿7、食品黄3、食品红17、酸性黄1、酸性红33、食品红4、食品红1、橙黄Ⅰ和酸性橙7)的检测方法。采用C18反相色谱柱,以乙腈-磷酸二氢钾缓冲溶液(pH6,0)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,用DAD检测器扫描检测。以保留时问结合待测物的紫外吸收光谱进行定性分析,采用外标法进行定量分析,定量检测波长240nm。所建方法可在15min内对9种目标物同时进行检测,且各化合物均达到基线分离。实验结果表明,在0.05—100mg/L范围内,9种着色剂的质量浓度与相应的峰面积比值呈良好的线性关系。方法的平均心收率(n=9)为85%-100%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.68%~8.20%,9种目标物的检出限为0.01~0.1mg/L。 A new high performance ehromarography/diode array detection(HPLC/DAD) method was developed for the simultaneous determination of nine restricted colorants, including solvent green 7, food yellow 3, food red 17, acid yellow 1 , acid red 33, food red 4, food red 1 , orange I and acid yellow 7, in lipsticks. Based on that most of the lipsticks are fat-soluble and the target compounds are water-soluble, the compounds were dispersed and dissolved using CHC13 and extracted by deionized water. The extracts were analyzed by HPLC using a Cls reversed-phase column (5 p.m, 250 mm x4.6 ram) with gradient elution by using aeetonitrile(A) and pH 6.0 KH2PO4 buffer(B) as mobile phase. The pre-treatment conditions, such as pre-treatment method, extraction solvent, and extractant volume were investigated. Under the optimal conditions, the colorants were analyzed qualitatively based on their retention times combination with their ultraviolet absorption spectra. The quantitation analysis was carried out by external standard method with the detection wavelength at 240 nm. The results indicated that nine restricted colorants could be completely baseline separated within 15 rain. The calibration curves showed good linearity between 0. 05 mg/L and 100 mg/L for nine colorants with LODs of 0. 01 -0. 1 mg/L. The average recoveries of nine colorants at three spiked concentration levels of 5, 50, 500 mg/L ranged from 85% to 100% with RSDs of 3.68% - 8.20% . The method is simple, rapid, accurate and is suitable for the determination of nine restricted colorants in lipsticks.
