摘要
信息生态观是针对信息社会信息泛滥和无序而提出的一种新观点,构成要素为人、信息和信息环境,主要理念包括系统观、平衡观、互动观、人本观和循环观。企业本身构成了一个信息生态系统,创新活动应遵循信息生态系统运行规律。本文对企业创新机理进行了分析,继而运用信息生态观的主要观点对其进行了阐释。
The concept of information ecology is a new point of view put forward in accordance with the information overflow and chaos in the information society and composed of human, information and information environment. Its main ideas include the system view, balance view, interaction view, human view and circulation view. The enterprise itself is an information ecosystem. The innovation activities should abide by the operating rules of the information ecosystem. This article analyzes the innovation mechanism of the enterprise, and then uses the main viewpoint of the concept of information ecology to explain the innovation mechanism of the enterprise.
