摘要
本文以 BALB/C小鼠为实验对象 ,研究了硒化类胡萝卜素的抗氧化作用。结果表明 :硒化类胡萝卜素与亚硒酸钠、硒酸酯多糖相比 ,能显著提高小鼠肝超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH- Px)的活性 (P<0 .0 5) ,并能显著降低老年小鼠脑。心肌中脂质过氧化物 (LPO)的含量 (P<0 .0 5)
The experiment was carried to test the antioxidative effect of Carotenoid Selenium in BALB/C mice. As the result, carotenoid containing selenium increased the activity of superoride dismutase and glutathione peroxidase in liver and blood respectively (P<0.05), decreased the content of lipoperoaxide of myocardial and cerebrum respectively (P<0.05)
