β-萝卜素对急性坏死性胰腺炎胰腺组织氧自由基表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨β-胡萝卜素(β-C)在急性坏死性胰腺炎(ANP)中对抗氧化物质消耗及氧化损伤的影响。方法Wistar大鼠随机分为ANP组(A组),β-C处理组(B组)和假手术组(C组)三组。采用Aho方法制作ANP大鼠模型,测定各组血清淀粉酶(SAM)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量,结果A、B两组均有SAM水平的升高,同一时点比较发现:A组胰腺组织中GSH、SOD明显下降(P<0.05)、MDA明显升高(P<0.05);B组GSH、SOD下降幅度较小,与A组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),MDA升高幅度小,与A组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论ANP时胰腺组织中内源性抗氧化物质显著下降,脂质过氧化增加,有明显的氧化应激损伤。β-C可作为外源性氧自由基清除剂明显减轻ANP大鼠胰腺细胞损伤。 Objective To explore the influence of β-carotene on the depletion endogenesis antioxidation and the damage of oxidative hyperirritability during acute necrotizing pancreatitis ( ANP). Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into ANP, β- carotene and shamed operated groups. ANP rat models were made by Aho method to detect the levels of malonyldialdehyde (MDA), total superoxide dis- mutase (SOD), glutathione (GSH) and serum amylase (SAM) levels. Results Levels of SAM increased in ANP andβ- carotene groups. Levels of GSH, SOD decreased remarkably ( P 〈 0. 05 ), however MDA increased significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ) in ANP group. The levels of GSH, SOD in β- carotene group were higher than those in ANP group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The level of MDA was lower in β- carotene group than that in ANP group (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions During ANP, endogenesis antioxidation decreases remarkably in organization of pancreas, lipid peroxides (LPO) increases, having obvious the damage of oxidative hyperirritability. β-carotene as oxygen free radical scavenger could alleviate evidently the damage of rat pancreas cells.
