摘要
目的分析重症急性胰腺炎实施柴胡承气汤联合醋酸奥曲肽治疗的效果。方法随机选取2020年7月—2023年7月于扬州洪泉医院治疗的80例重症急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象,按单双号分为西药组和联合组,各40例。西药组行醋酸奥曲肽治疗,联合组增加柴胡承气汤治疗,观察两组患者胃肠激素变化,检测炎症因子指标,统计症状恢复时间,比较临床疗效。结果治疗后,3项炎症因子指标均有降低,其中联合组低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组胰腺炎相关症状的恢复时间均短于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组有效率为95.00%,高于西药组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柴胡承气汤联合奥曲肽疗效好,能抑制炎症因子,调节胃肠激素代谢状态,缩短重症急性胰腺炎的恢复时间。
Objective To analyze the effect of Chaihu Chengqi Tang combined with octreotide acetate in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods 80 patients with severe acute pancreatitis who were treated at Hongquan Hospital in Yangzhou from July 2020 to July 2023 were randomly selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a Western medicine group and a combination group,with 40 cases in each group,according to their single or double numbers.The Western medicine group received treatment with octreotide acetate,while the combination group received treatment with Chaihu Chengqi decoction.The changes in gastrointestinal hormones,inflammatory factors,recovery time of symptoms,and clinical efficacy were observed in both groups of patients.Results After treatment,all three inflammatory factors decreased,with the combination group being lower than the Western medicine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of pancreatitis related symptoms in the combination group was shorter than that in the Western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the combination group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the Western medicine group(77.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaihu Chengqi Tang combined with octreotide acetate has good therapeutic effects,can inhibit inflammatory factors,regulate gastrointestinal hormone metabolism,and shorten the recovery time of severe acute pancreatitis.
