摘要
实践表明,产业集群作为一种经济组织方式对区域经济的发展发挥着举足轻重的作用,但是,部分产业集群却因为盲目发展而造成极大的资源浪费,给社会带来严重的后果。系统经济学的角度,以系统经济的原理指导产业集群的发展具有一定的理论和现实意义。因此,本文从系统的角度出发对产业集群的系统含义作了初步的探讨,并对其进一步的发展方向提出了一些建议。
The practice indicated that as an economic organization way, industry cluster plays important role in the development of the economy. But the blind development has created huge resources waste, which has brought serious consequence to the society. So from system economic angle, the paper takes the principle of system economic to guide industry cluster＇ s development, which has the theoretical and the practical significance. This article has made the preliminary discussion on the industrial cluster＇ s systematic meaning and proposes some advises to the further development direction of the industry cluster.
