摘要
东北地区的振兴离不开产业集群的发展模式,而制度环境又是影响产业集群发展的重要因素。笔者将对东北地区产业集群发展从制度经济学角度进行分析,挖掘东北地区产业集群发展的制度优势、制度障碍,并提出其创新途径。
The revitalization of northeast China is inseparable from the development model of industrial duster, and the institu- tional environment is also an important factor affecting the development of industrial duster, In this paper, we will analysis the development of industrial duster in the northeast area from the perspective of institutional economics, digging the institutional strengths and ohstades for the development of industrial duster in the northeast, and suggesting the ways for institutional innovation.
