摘要
早期教育对于特殊儿童的发展具有十分重要的意义,很多国家已经形成了0-6岁特殊儿童的早期教育体系,我国许多地区也已经开始对普通儿童进行托幼一体化的探索实验,对0-6岁婴幼儿进行整体性的教育。但特殊儿童的早期教育问题还未引起足够的重视,为此建议相关部门加大宣传力度,制定政策法规,构建起0-6岁特殊儿童的早期教育网络,以满足特殊儿童早期教育的需求。
Early education for special children is of great significance for their development. Many countries have already formed early education system for special children aged between 0 - 6, and many parts of China have also initiated experiments of integration of nurseries and kindergartens for ordinary children aged between 0 - 6. But the issue of early childhood special education has not been paid sufficient attention to, and therefore rec- ommendations such as formulation of policies and rules, and construction of early childhood education net for spe- cial children aged between 0 - 6 are proposed' to satisfy special children' s needs for early education.
