摘要 石灰石活性在湿法烟气脱硫工艺中具有重要意义。提出了1套可以模拟实际脱硫塔反应过程的石灰石活性测控装置,分别介绍了它的工艺原理、系统的硬件组成以及软件设计。重点阐述了在虚拟仪器LabVIEW 8.2的开发平台上,系统的结构以及软件数据采集、数据显示、数据处理、数据存储和实时监控等功能。实验证明,系统达到了设计要求,对湿法烟气脱硫工程设计有一定的指导意义。 Limestone activity plays an important role in the process of wet flue gas desulfurization. A set of measurement and control device for limestone activity emulating real reaction process of the desulfurization tower is given. The technological principle, hardware composition, and software design of the system are introduced respectively. The data acquisition, data display, data processing, data storage and real-time moni- toting developed under virtual instrument LabVIEW 8.2 platform are described emphatically. The experiment shows that the system meets the design requirements, and offers certain significance to guide the design of WFGD projects.
