摘要
火电厂石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫工艺中,过程检测仪表作为控制系统的重要组成部分,其设计的合理性直接关系到脱硫系统的品质,影响着烟气污染治理的效果。该文介绍了某2×200MW机组湿法脱硫工程的过程检测仪表配置方案,提出了脱硫工程过程检测仪表设计选型需要注意的问题。
As an important part of a wet flue gas desulfurization （ FGD ） control system, any process measurement instrument is directly related to the quality of FGD. Its rational design would produce good effects on the desulfurization and the disposal of its flue gas pollution. The paper analyzes the detection contents of the wet FGD, describes some measuremet methods, presents the process instrumentation scheme in the 2 × 200 MW wet FGD units to be taken for example and puts forward some factors to be considered for type selection and design.
