摘要
针对电浮法的特点,对电浮法在果汁饮料生产中的应用进行了分析,主要针对果汁的澄清,果汁的电化学脱氧和膨润土的活化三个方面进行了论述,分析表明:电浮法在果汁的生产过程中具有良好的应用前景。
Based on the properties of the electro-floatation, the process of production of juice by the electrofloatation method is introduced. The clarification and the electro-chemistry deoxidate of fruit juice and activation of bentonite are analyzed in this paper. The analysis shows that the electro-floatation treatment in the fruit juice has a good application prospects.
