摘要
本文从第二方审核的定义、由来、衰落、再崛起、实施、作用等6个方面全面论述了第二方审核,并以第二方审核的实际经验为例系统论述了第二方审核的实施,提出第二方审核仍是今后很长一段时间组织选择和评价供应商的主要方法。
This paper discusses the second party audit from it＇s definition, origin, wane, grow up again, implementation and it＇s functions, and discusses the implementation of the second party audit form the author＇ s second party audit experience, points out that the second party audit is still an effective way to select and evaluate the supplier in the future.
