摘要
该文分析了桂林地区高校手机图书馆资源共建共享的必要性和可行性，在这个基础上，结合桂林地区高校图书馆的现状，设计了相应的手机图书馆的物理模型，并给出了具体的系统设计方案。从而实现桂林地区高校图书馆从传统的“以信息为中心”向“以师生读者为中心”的服务模式的转变。
By analyzing the necessity, and the feasibility of the Co-construction and Sharing of mobile library of the high school in GuiLin, On this basis, combine with the current situation of the library of high school in GuiLin, The paper designs a suitable physical model of the mobile library, and gives a specific design. The library of high school is transferring from the traditional ＂Information Center＂ service model to a ＂User Center＂ service model in GuiLin.
