基于3G技术的泛在图书馆移动信息服务研究 被引量：18

摘要 泛在图书馆是全新的图书馆理念,代表图书馆新的发展方向。3G是新一代移动通讯技术,文章通过介绍泛在图书馆和3G技术基本理念,探讨了泛在图书馆的移动信息服务在3G技术下发展的可行性,并指出泛在图书馆移动信息服务的工作重点。
