摘要
为了实现快速、精确的服装裁剪,研究了一种基于运动控制卡的服装裁剪机运动控制系统。该系统针对多层服装裁剪机裁剪的特点,提出了直接转向切割和抬刀转向切割相结合的切割方式。介绍了整个运动系统的结构功能,阐述了转向切割运动的理论算法,并给出了转向切割的实现代码和整个运动系统的控制流程。样机试验结果表明,该运动控制系统,达到了设计精度和速度要求。
The motion control system of clothes-cutter machine based on the motion control card was studied. According to the characteristics of multilayer cutting, a new method of combination of direct-turning cutting and up-turning cutting is proposed. The system structures and functions were introduced, the algorithm of turning cutting was described. The codes of turning cutting and the control flow were given. The test results of the prototype verify the effectiveness of the motion control system. The system achieves the requirement of design accuracy and speed.
