摘要
为了实现快速、精确的裁剪,设计了一种以工业控制计算机为核心,基于运动控制卡的服装裁剪机控制系统。该系统根据多层裁剪的特点,采用了直接转向切割和抬刀转向切割相结合的方式。介绍了整个系统的硬件构成和软件设计流程,并详细阐述了转向切割的计算方法。样机试验结果验证了该控制系统的有效性,达到了设计精度和速度要求。
Aiming at high speed and precision, a control system of clothes-cutter machine based on the industrial computer and the motion control card was designed. According to the characteristics of multilayer cutting, the method of a combination of direct-turning cutting and up-turning cutting was employed. The hardware structures and the software design were introduced. The calculation method of turning cutting was described in detail. The test results of the prototype verify the effectiveness of the control system. The control system achieves the requirement of design accuracy and speed.
