摘要
目的探讨应用跟骨锁定重建钛板加自体髂骨植骨治疗治疗SandersⅢ型跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法32例SandersⅢ型跟骨骨折患者采用跟骨锁定重建钛板内固定加自体髂骨植骨。男21例,女11例。年龄23～65岁,平均39.6岁。结果全部32例患者均获随访,平均16个月(8～24个月)。优16例,良15例,可1例,优良率96.9%。结论跟骨锁定重建钛板加自体髂骨植骨治疗治疗SandersⅢ型跟骨骨折可获得满意的临床效果,值得推广应用。
Objective to explore the clinicai effect of Locked Calcaneus Reconstruction Titanium Plates and Autologous Transplantation Ilium in treating Sanders Ⅲ Calcaneus Farctttres. Methods 32 patients with calcaneus farctures were treated.with Locked Calcaneus Reconstruction Titanium Plates and Autologous Transplantation Ilium.21 patients were male,and 11 were female,the age rangs from 23-65 years,averaging out at 39.6years. Results All the patients were followed-up during the time8-24 months,average at 16 months.Excellent results were noted in l 6 farctures,good in 15,fair in 4,and excellent and good rates were 96.9%. Conclusions Locked Calcaneus Reconstruction Titanium Plates and Autologous Transplantation Ilium is the best weys of treatment, worth of spreading.
