摘要
目的:探讨塑性跟骨钛板治疗SandersⅢ、Ⅳ型跟骨骨折的疗效。材料与方法:自2001年2月至2008年6月,对18例23足SandersⅢ、Ⅳ型跟骨骨折,采用塑性跟骨钛板加自体髂骨植骨进行复位内固定治疗。结果:本组病例随访6～36个月,平均随访时间18.5个月。按Maryland足部评分标准评价,优8足,良11足,中3足,差2足,优良率78.2%。结论:本方法治疗SandersⅢ、Ⅳ型跟骨骨折复位满意,固定牢靠,术中自体髂骨植骨,术后早期关节功能锻炼,疗效肯定,是一种目前治疗SandersⅢ、Ⅳ型跟骨骨折的较好方法。
Purpose： To evaluate the effects of AO calcaneal plate in the treatment of Sanders type III - IV calcaneal fractures. Materials and Methods： From February 2001 to June 2005, 23 feet of 18 patients with Sanders type III - IVcal - caneal fractures were treated with internal fixation of AO calcaneal plate and iliac graft. Results： All patients were followed up from 6 to 36 months（average18.5months）. According to Maryland foot score, the total excellent and fine rate was 78.2%. Conclusion： In the treatment of Sanders type III - IV calcaneal fractures, the application of AO cal - caneal plate and iliac graft could get good reduction and firm fixation, and allow patients to exercise earlier after operation. It was proved to be a good method.
