摘要
通过对真空玻璃生产线工作机理和工艺流程的分析,设计了基于三菱FX2N系列PLC和上海步科EVIEW触摸屏的真空玻璃线电气控制系统。该控制系统可以实现进料、清洗干燥、检查、定位、待料、板压、翻转等全过程的自动化生产,大大地提高了真空玻璃生产的自动化水平和生产效率。
An electric control system for vacuum glass production was studied out by employing PLC of Mitsubishi FX2N and touch screen of Shanghai Buke EVIEW after analysis of working principle and process flow of vacuum glass line . Full automatic production process which includes feeding, cleaning and drying, checking , positioning , waiting , plating and overturning can be realized with the aid of this system.
